Diagnose Problems in Windows 7 with Reliability Monitor

Reliability Monitor is a tool that exists on the Windows 7 operating system that is useful for knowing hardware and software problems and other changes that exist on the computer. Reliability Monitor provides a stability index that is 1 (at least stable) to 10 (most stable). We can use this index to help our computer today. Any changes we make to the computer or problems that occur on the computer will affect the value of this index.
  • To access or open Reliability Monitor, can be done in several ways, among others:
  • Through the Action Center window, in the Maintenance section, click on the View reliability history link
  • With the menu: Reliability Monitor in the "locate programs and files" box in the Start menu.
  • Reliability Monitor can display information in a daily or weekly range (view by days-weeks). To view the previous day or week, click the arrow buttons on the left or right side of the graph.

In this Graph Windows 7 Reliability Monitor there are 5 types of information that are monitored, namely:
Aplication failures, ie problems with programs / applications such as Aplication Stopped Responding
Windows failures, problems in Windows such as The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck
Miscellaneous failures, other issues such as Critical Even-Windows Not Properly Shutdown.
Warnings, contains warnings such as Unsuccessful Aplication Removal.
Information, contains information such as Successful Application Installation.
Each issue is marked with a red circle with a white cross, for example in the image above there is an Aplication Failure problem. To see detailed information of the problem, click on each of these columns.
